Counselling round 3 for ACAP Seats

Instructions:

• The candidate must report at the designated time according to his/her merit no.
• The admissions to the first year of undergraduate courses / programs at GES’ R. H. Sapat COEMSR, Nashik will be conducted as per Rule 13 stated by CET CELL through Counselling Round against vacancy CAP (ACAP) and Institute level seats for the admission for the A.Y. 2026-27.
• These admissions will be done strictly in the order of Inter-Se Merit amongst the candidates who report in person for admission for the seats available in various courses at that moment.
• Candidate should report to the institute as per the schedule given above.
• Fees structure for the ACAP and IL seats are available on the website.
• Candidate has to produce all the applicable original documents at the time of document verification during the counselling round. In case a candidate has taken admission elsewhere, he/she will be required to submit/produce the original admission Letter (Receipt cum Acknowledgement letter) and fee receipt.
• Those who have registered for ACAP and IL Rounds of our college, needs to keep watch for any updates regarding ACAP and IL Rounds on college website. It’s candidates’ responsibility to keep watch on our website for frequent updates.
